These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MagicBill, an AI-powered invoice analysis and processing service ("Service") operated by KOPINFO Információtechnológiai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (KOPINFO Kft.) ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

MagicBill is an AI-powered invoice processing platform that provides:

• Automated invoice data extraction using AI and OCR technology
• Smart categorization and analysis of financial documents
• Google OAuth authentication and integration
• Token-based billing system with Stripe payment processing
• Email integration for automated invoice processing
• Cloud storage and data analytics

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with parental consent and supervision.

3.2 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Token System and Billing

4.1 Token-Based System

Our Service operates on a token-based billing system where:

• Invoice processing: 10 tokens per invoice
• Google Shopping search: 2 tokens per search
• AI Shopping search: 5 tokens per search
• AI categorization: 1 token per operation
• 500 tokens cost 10 EUR
• Token packages are available for purchase

4.2 Token Packages

Available token packages:

• 500 tokens = 10 EUR
• Additional token packages available for purchase

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All major credit cards and payment methods are accepted
• Prices are displayed in EUR
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for legitimate business and personal invoice processing purposes, including:

• Processing invoices, receipts, and financial documents
• Extracting and analyzing financial data
• Organizing and categorizing expenses
• Generating reports and analytics

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Process illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Process documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties without consent

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, non-payment of fees, or prolonged inactivity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary without regard to conflict of law principles.
